Position: Retail Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $74,000 +11.5% Superannuation

Your Role:

As a Retail Supervisor, you will:

  • Exceed Customer Expectations: Deliver excellence in all areas, especially customer service and product quality.
  • Shift Management: Supervise shifts, performing opening and closing routines in accordance with restaurant policies. Ensure the right team members are in place to meet business needs.
  • Training & Development: Attend all required training and support the senior management team in developing team members.
  • Positive Workplace Culture: Foster a respectful and engaging culture, acknowledging good performance and supporting recognition programs.
  • Sales & Profitability: Assist in managing costs, including rosters and operational expenses, while minimizing shrinkage and waste.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, maintaining a zero-tolerance approach to Workplace Health and Safety and food safety protocols.
  • Restaurant Maintenance: Assist with maintenance issues and report faults to the senior management team.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service and treating all team members with respect.
  • Local Marketing: Support Delivery and Catering sales in line with company guidelines.
  • customer service: responding to customers' inquiries and complaints about goods and services
  • Store and Storage: examining returned goods and deciding on appropriate action, taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock

 

 

Qualifications and Education:

  • Competence must be achieved in both Front and Back of House duties.
  • Have Diploma Hospitality of management
  • Have at least 1 years of work experience in related field
  • Willingness to undertake and complete all training required for the role.
  • Current First Aid certification – Apply First Aid.
