Position: Retail Manager – Red Rooster, Blair Athol SA Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: $75,000 – $80,000 + Super Red Rooster Blair Athol is seeking an experienced and committed Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our quick-service restaurant. The ideal candidate will lead staff, coordinate service delivery, and ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality restaurant performance. Location: 336 Main North Road, Blair Athol SA 5084 Position Overview This full-time role offers long-term career development within a nationally recognised brand. The Retail Manager will take responsibility for operational planning, staff leadership, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring adherence to food safety, workplace safety, and regulatory obligations. The position requires strong organisational and managerial skills to support the store’s operational efficiency and financial performance. Key Responsibilities - Overseeing daily restaurant operations to maintain smooth workflow, service efficiency, and profitability
- Managing stock levels, product quality, and menu/service standards in line with business requirements
- Leading, training, scheduling, and supervising staff, including performance management and workforce development
- Overseeing budgeting, cost control, financial monitoring, and achieving sales and performance targets
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene protocols, workplace health and safety requirements, and organisational policies
- Handling customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner to maintain positive guest experiences
- Liaising with suppliers, managing procurement, and coordinating inventory levels to support operational needs
